The Girls' Room is a coming-of-age short film that takes place in the backdrop of 2000s inner city London.

Set in the bedroom shared by three sisters in their teens, we follow them over the course of a transformative summer.

Written & Directed by Tracey Lopes. Starring BAFTA Rising Star award winner Bukky Bakray. Produced by Pulse Films & BFI Network.

The film has been officially selected to screen at the BFI London Film Festival, Aesthetica Short Film Festival and Norwich Film Festival 2023.

The Girls' Room won the Best Screenplay award at BAFTA recognised S.O.U.L Film Festival 2023.
